Should Modern Christians Keep The Sabbath?

Background and Context of Debate:

In Judaism, Saturday is kept holy as the Sabbath day, on which believers must do no work. Whether this applies to Christians is disputed. The Seventh-Day Adventist Church holds that the Jewish Sabbath is still in effect, Roman Catholics hold that it has been moved to Sunday, while others hold it has been abolished completely.

Paul says not to let any man judge you in your observance of Sabbath days. (see Col. 2:16). He also says that these are a shadow of things to come, but the reality is Christ. Furthermore, in Matthew 15:19, Jesus makes a list of the things which defile a man, lining up with nine of the Ten Commandments, but not the Sabbath.
