Plea bargaining argument
You wrote, "Those who take plea bargains in exchange for testimony have no incentive to lie, because their plea bargain does not depend on the sucess or failure of the case they testify in." Can you find any supporting evidence, or scholarly sources that made this arguments as well. This is a great point! You may want to make it into it's own page, simply by putting [[ ]] around an isolated "claim" or argument summary. Then you can add much more on that argument page on this argument. You can document the quotes of experts more evidence and links to supporting materials... -- Brooks Lindsay 21:27, 6 November 2007 (CST)
