It is the duty of every free American to end this violation of Gods law and the law of this nation.
Specifically, the law that govern the use and aquisition of cannabis sativa, and herb declared by scientist, that bears seed. Now I would refer you to the scriptures reguarding the origins and uses by man; Genesis chapter 1 verses 29 and 30:
29 And God said, Behold, I have given you everyherb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree in the which is the fruit of a tree yeilding seed; to you it shall be for meat. 30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
This is God's LAW and man has violated that law by incarcerating and killing people for using an herb that God made and placed in the Garden of Eden to help mankind get along and live long lives.
Cannabis sativa was developed by God.
Who is so blind that they cannot see the results of taking an intricate part of our DNA. There are THC receptors built into our systems, and when you take that natural process out you shorten the life.
Look at what you learn from scientists.
Now is the time to make reparation to these people that have been violated by the Law.
Repentance proceedures, as set forth in the Bible are expected by the People of God, to the U.S. Government for this clear violation.
The Laws governing cannabis sativa were done so by perjurious information, citing specifically the lies made popular by the movie "Reefer Madness" produced and developed the U.S. Government. The Leguardia report stated the real scientific results and yet the information being sent to mainstream America were complete lies. And now we see the results of the U.S. Government trying to keep the one thing that supresses violent tendancies of mankind. The results are a scourge upon the earth that we know as CANCER. What will stop it is simple. My words are simple. Legalize Marijuana NOW or the scourge will be tenfold, Thus Saith The Lord.

WOW, it amazes me, idk why, that people are argue against it but show no prof of their argument. They just spew out the same fear propaganda year after year without showing any medical proof. Do some research losers. Dr. Donald Tashkin of UCLA found Marijuana does NOT cause cancer. It has no carcinogens like tobacco. It does not cause brain damage. That misconception came from an experiment conducted in 1974 where they took a little monkey, put a mask on it, and pumped it full of 63 joints in 5 min. They did that everyday for about 90 days till the monkey died. It didn't die of over dose, you can't over dose on marijuana unless you can smoke 10,000 joints in a 1 min time span, it died from lack of oxegen. You start getting brain damage after 4 min with no oxegen. The monkey had 5 min, which caused the brain damage. This was called the Dr. Heath/Tulane study. Every other study done has found that no major LONG TERM effects come from Marijuana usage. Read: The Wootton Report, 1968 from England, The Le Dain Report 1970, Canada, The Consumers Union Report on licit and illicit drugs, 1972 U.S. The LeGaurdia Committe Report 1944, N.Y., The Shafer Report 1972 U.S. that told President Nixon that Marijuana shouldn't be a Class 1 drug, in which he ignored after asking for them to do a study on Marijuana and other drugs in 1970., Ganga in Jamaica: A medical Anthropological study of chronic Marijuana use 1975, Cannabis in Costa Rica: 1980 A study in chronic Marijuana use, Cannabis: our position for a Canadian Public Policy 2002 Canadian senate. The University of Saskatchewan did a study and found that Marijuana my actually stimulate Brain cell growth. Dr. Xia Zang oversaw the study. Is Marijuana addictive? Maybe mentally, coffee is so are video games, lets make everything illegal. Do some fucking research and show proff of it before you try to cloud the judgment of others!

Marijuana legalization MAY cause a rise in crime, marijuana MAY hinder your cognative process... or it MAY be found to be the most effective treatment for many deseases; legalization MAY cause crime rates to go down and be good for the economy; it MAY lead to a more siritually enlightened society. None of us know for certain, and there is some evidence on both sides. The fact remains, however, that we ALREADY HAVE the right to smoke marijuana... and by all that our country stands for and all that our constitution provides, the federal government does not have the authority to take away the individual's right to choose for themselves unless it is EVIDENT (not MAYBE) that it poses a SEVERE and IRREPERABLE risk to our nation AND that it's illegalization would not have more severe consequenses to the same. That is, our government has absolutely no right to take away each individuals right to choose what is right for them unless it CLEARLY infringes on the rights of others (like murder and theft). All else must simply be regulated and only as is necessary for our nation's survival.
Even the proponents of prohibition admit that there is simply not enough research data to say with any degree of certainty what the ramifications will be. All we know is what MIGHT be, therefore our right to choose MUST be preserved. Anything less is an affront to the very bedrock of our country. When the goverment is alowed to choose for you... even in an effort to "protect you from yourself" your liberty is lost.
"The provision of the Constitution giving the war-making power to Congress was dictated, as I understand it, by the following reasons. Kings had always been involving and impoverishing their people in wars, pretending generally, if not always, that the good of the people was the object."
Thomas Jeffer"If people let government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny."
“Our nation can acknowledge the dangers of cigarettes, alcohol and marijuana while still permitting their use. The only logically and morally consistent argument for marijuana prohibition necessitates the criminalization of all harmful recreational drugs, including alcohol, nicotine and caffeine. We can agree that such an infringement on personal freedoms is as impractical as it is un-American. The time has come to accept that our nation's attitude toward marijuana has been misguided for generations and that the only rational approach to cannabis is to legalize, regulate and tax it.” Dr. Nathan, a psychiatrist in Princeton, N.J., is a clinical assistant professor at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
"A PROHIBITION LAW STRIKES A BLOW, AT THE VERY PRINCIPLES, UPON WHICH OUR GOVERNMENT WAS FOUNDED.... PROHIBITION GOES BEYOND THE BOUNDS OF REASON, IN THAT IT ATTEMPTS TO CONTROL A MANS APPETITE BY LEGISLATION, AND MAKES CRIME OUT OF THINGS THAT ARE NOT CRIME." A. Lincoln
As you know, Congressman Barney Frank of Massachusetts introduced legislation regarding marijuana use, H.R. 2835, on June 6, 2009. This legislation would limit the penalties for possessing small amounts of marijuana. Specifically, it would prohibit federal penalties for the possession of marijuana for personal use or for any not-for-profit transfer of marijuana. Possession of more than 100 grams of marijuana, or the transfer of more than 1 gram, would remain illegal. Shortly after its introduction, H.R. 2835 was referred to the House Judiciary Committee and House Energy and Commerce Committee. Shout out your Congressmen and let them know that you want cannabis decriminalized.
I agree with those who say there are more important issues facing our country like unwinnable wars, a broken economy, a miserable health care system, and environmental neglect. However, marijuana reform is a low hanging fruit that should be done sooner than later. I confess to not understanding the forces of the status quo. Why don't facts matter: 20 million Americans criminalized for pot possession since 1965 while use has remained the same, 60,000 people in U.S. prisons today for marijuana violations only, $25 billion in annual enforcement costs, and forgoing billions in tax revenue on a substance less harmful than alcohol. Someday soon, these facts will prevail.
Legalization of Marijuana
IN THE BIBLE (GENESIS 1;29-30) GOD HAS SAID HERE I HAVE GIVEN TO YOU ALL VEGETATION BEARING SEED WHICH IS ON THE SURFACE OF THE WHOLE EARTH AND EVERY TREE ON WHICH THERE IS THE FRUIT OF A TREE BEARING SEED TO YOU LET IT SERVE AS FOOD.AND TO EVERY WILD BEAST OF THE EARTH AND TO EVERY FLYING CREATURE OF THE HEAVENS AND TO EVERY THING MOVING UPON THE EARTH IN WHICH THERE IS LIFE AS A SOUL I HAVE GIVEN ALL GREEN VEGETATION FOR FOOD.HE ALSO SAID NOT TO DEFILE THE FLESH.THEY HAVE LEGALIZED CIGARETTES WHICH HAS BEEN PROVEN TO CAUSE CANCER AND ALCOHOL AND THAT KILLS DUE TO DRUNK DRIVEN NOW DON"T GET ME WRONG I LIKE TO DRINK BUT I DON"T DRIVE IF I HAVE BEEN DRINKING.AND JUST NOW THIS 20 MILLION AMERICANS CRIMINALIZED FOR MARIJUANA SINCE 1965 WHILE USE HAS REMAINED THE SAME 60,000 PEOPLE IN US PRISONS TODAY FOR POT VIOLATIONS ONLY $25 BILLION IN ANNUAL ENFORCEMENT COST AND FORGOING BILLIONS IN TAX REVENUE ON A SUBSTANCE LESS HARMFUL THAN ALCOHOL AND CIGARETTES. SO WHAT ARE THEY THINKING? PEOPLE CAN GO TO THERE LOCAL PHARMACY AND GET MEDICINE OR GO ON LINE AND GET THERE PRESCRIPTION BY FED EX SHIPPED TO THEM FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY USUALLY WITHIN 3 DAYS AND THAT REALLY COST.DOCTORS KNOW THIS TO THATS WHY THE OFFICE VISITS COST AS MUCH AS THEY DO $75.00-130.00 WHERE AS SOME ONE COULD PAY $50.00 AND GET SOME GOOD HERB THEN WHAT MAKES MORE SINCE YOU DO THE MATH ESPECIALLY THE PEOPLE THAT ARE DON"T HAVE A JOB AND ON UNEMPLOYMENT HERE IN THE GREAT UNITED STATES .WHAT IS SO GREAT ABOUT IT I MEAN COME ON WE ALL NEED TO GET TOGETHER AND STAND UP FOR WHAT WE BELIEVE IN LEGALIZE THE GOOD STUFF AFTER ALL IT NOT BEEN PROVEN TO KILL ANY ONE AND NO HARMFUL SIDE EFFECTS JUST MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD AND HAPPY AND LAUGH A LOT THERE IS ONLY 1 OTHER THING THAT I FOUND THAT CAN EVEN COME CLOSE TO POT AND THAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD BUT AS FOR SOME OF US LADY"S WE MIGHT HAVE A REALLY HARD TIME WALKING AFTER WORDS AND IT WILL TAKE US A LITTLE LONGER TO GET TO WHERE WE NEED TO BE BUT OH WELL IT WAS SURE WORTH IT DAMN THAT FELT GOOD .
Not while I'm alive.
In what book of the bible did Jesus get stoned? If you believe in God (I don't) you have to believe he put things on this planet with which we could do good and with which we could do bad. Jesus, Buddah, Allah--NONE of them told people to go get stoned. Pot is a drug. Period. It doesn't matter that you have to do nothing to it. It is smoked in order to get high. Saying it must be okay because God put the plant here is a 14 year-old shithead's argument. It's a drug.
I just sent this contact form to a government agency on drug abuse:
Every news article I've read is indicating marijuana may be legalized across the board (in other words, not just glaucoma patients who are turning dealers in droves) in California and that it has overwhelming support.
That will be the test state, and if it passes there, it will spread to other states like a cancer. How does a pothead control where his smoke goes? All the uproar over second-hand smoke, and it's bs--no human lung is designed to respirate smoke--ANY SMOKE. You get cancer from joints just as you do cigarettes.
Now how do you control where the smoke goes? People NOT smoking pot will get stoned as well--IT IS CALLED A CONTACT HIGH.
If the state of California legalizes pot in violation of federal law, and the federal government refuses to protect its citizens--LAWSUIT, LAWSUIT, LAWSUIT. I'm high and wrecked my car. My kid is dead. Lawsuit. My baby is high. I don't want someone I don't even know getting my baby stoned. Lawsuit. I left my home sober and arrived at work stoned. I lost my job. Lawsuit.
When you turn on a light, the COCKROACHES are the ones who are supposed to run for the cracks in the wall. You have decent people now having to run for the cracks. I turned on my TV at 6:30 in the morning--the time of day when children have every right to walk freely about their own goddamn homes, and there were people fucking--full-blown graphic fucking on my TV set--'Cassanova' being aired on USA network. That is not a porn channel and it is not a premium movie channel. The FCC does NOTHING.
We are having this one state of dysfunctional people imposing their degenerate values and immorality on the rest of the country and decent families and parents scrambling around with blocks WHICH DO NOT WORK---the people who want porn are the ones who are supposed to be making the effort to get their porn. People who do not want it should have to do NOTHING whatsoever.
Now you're going to have drug addicts smoking pot out in public. "Go watch cartoons, honey. Mommy's getting stoned." Haven't locked up enough mothers whose babies have drowned in the bathwater while mom was smoking regular pot? "Mommy? What's that man doing?" "Oh he's just getting high, dear."
YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILTY AND A MORAL AND LEGAL OBLIGATION TO PROTECT US.
If CA or any other state makes it legal for people to use drugs in public or in their homes in front of their kids or anyone else's kids, and you do NOT send in the national guard and shut it the fuck down, I will blow the fucking head off the first addict I see smoking drugs outside in broad fucking daylight.
You are letting these people feed off us and destroy us. This culture of sex every fucking where and 'legalize all recreational drugs' is a cancer. Shut it the fuck down NOW.
I'll be on CNN tomorrow. Bang bang mother fucker. Smoke it outside my door and I'll blow your mother fucking head off.
Know The Truth
Whether one is for or against decriminalization of cannabis I would hope your passion would motivate you to learn the facts. There has been extensive research done on cannabis, for and against it. A small amount of research would open anyone's eyes. Be sure to research both sides, or else hold your judgment till you have. Compare the statistics of the effects of alcohol, tobacco and cannabis I don’t think there is anyone who would like to be judged by a jury who only took the time to hear the prosecutor.
Think about who benefits from the criminalization of cannabis, think about the victims of this war, the invasion of privacy we are subjected to when applying for a job, the lost benefits of the cultivation of hemp, one of the most versatile plants on our planet just because of it‘s relationship to cannabis.
From what I’ve seen there are plenty of opinionated people who have never even tried cannabis. They gobble up propaganda like it’s gospel truth. They support a system which refuses to acknowledge the facts, stomps on the cornerstone of humanity, the freedom to make your own choices and is known for abusing it’s power in the interests of the powerful and influential, regardless of the detrimental effects of it’s actions.
Personally I don’t care how you decide. I have done my own research and have made my own choice. What concerns me more is that beings of so much potential use so little of it.
Of course I know that there are plenty of passionate people who jump on the bandwagon of whoever they listen to first. Unfortunately for humanity modern media is usually first contact. But ask yourself who is benefiting from something before condemning their opponents. It doesn’t take more than a glance at history to see how detrimental trusting someone else is. It is so much easier to take someone else’s word for something, even if your choice means others will suffer for your lack of education. Governments count heavily on the ignorance of the populace. They are well aware that the majority of their supporters are lazy and irresponsible and won’t take the time to check the facts for themselves.
We now know the world isn’t flat, we now know pollution is harmful, heroin was once believed to be a miracle drug. But at some time in history people also held the opposite to be true.
The Bayer Company started the production of heroin in 1898 after the first clinical results were so promising heroin was considered a wonder drug.
What about tobacco:
It was once believed that tobacco could cure almost anything. Then in the 1980's there were many lawsuits filed against the tobacco industry because of the harmful effects of its products. There is evidence that the tobacco industry knows well harmful effects of tobacco, but continues to market and sell them. There is also evidence that they knew that nicotine was addictive and used this hidden knowledge to get millions of people hooked on their products.
It is unfortunate that humans are generally uneducated sheeples. We eschew our personal responsibility by trusting someone else’s truth without checking the facts for ourselves. I would not have you take me or anyone else at their word. But how much longer will we choose to follow blindly those who’s empty promises have led to abuse of power, wars and loss of freedom, just to name a few. As inhabitants of our planet it is our personal responsibility to know the facts. People’s lives depend on it. Our freedom depends on it.
