Debate: Should students vote for their principals?

From Debatepedia

Jump to: navigation, search

Should students vote for their school principals themselves? We live in a democratic society. We vote for the president or the leader of our country ourselves. Shouldn't students also have the right to vote for their school principals themselves? After all, principals are the president of a tiny world or the leader of the school.

Aren't students still to young to vote their own school principals? The people who vote for presidents are adults not children or students. Don't you think that there is a reason for a law which states that students under the age 19 are prohibited to vote. And if they vote, it is illegal.
